1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Debonair Supper Club ("Debonair," "we," "us," or "our"), including our digital platforms, SMS messaging program, reservations system, loyalty program, and all related services. By using our services or providing your contact information, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or provide your personal information.

2. SMS Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number to Debonair Supper Club — whether at the door, through our reservation system, RSVP forms, or any other channel — you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS/MMS) from Debonair Supper Club at the phone number provided.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and Cricket. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Reservations & Entry Policy

Reservations at Debonair Supper Club are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual at our sole discretion, including but not limited to individuals who are intoxicated, disruptive, or who fail to meet our dress code requirements.

Debonair Supper Club is an age-restricted venue. Valid government-issued photo identification proving age 21 or older is required for entry. We reserve the right to verify identification at any time.

Reservation deposits, where applicable, are non-refundable unless the reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Table minimums apply and are communicated at the time of booking.

4. Loyalty Program

Participation in the Debonair loyalty program is subject to these Terms. Loyalty points have no cash value and are non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time without prior notice. Points may be forfeited if your account is inactive for more than 12 months or if we determine that points were earned fraudulently.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information when making reservations or registering as a guest.
• Use our digital platforms for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate our staff or other guests.
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other guests.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and materials associated with Debonair Supper Club are the exclusive property of Debonair Supper Club and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Debonair Supper Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Debonair Supper Club, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
